By downloading, accessing, or using the Beecon mobile application, website, or associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), provided by Beecon ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "Merchant," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
Age Requirements: You must be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
Account Integrity: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
Location Permission: Core features of Beecon — including localised deal discovery, geofenced offer unlocking, and deal redemptions — require real-time device location data. By enabling location services, you grant Beecon permission to access and process continuous or app-in-use geolocation data.
Verification Logic: Redemption of specific geofenced offers requires physical presence inside the verified geofence boundary. Beecon reserves the right to deny verification or void transactions if location signals appear spoofed, manipulated, or outside designated parameters.
Merchant Responsibility: Deals hosted on Beecon are provided and fulfilled directly by third-party partner merchants. Beecon serves as a technology and discovery platform; we do not manufacture, sell, or guarantee the goods or services offered by third-party merchants.
Redemption Rules: Offers are non-transferable, cannot be resold, and hold no monetary cash value. Beecon and partner merchants reserve the right to modify or retract promotions at any time without prior notice.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviours:
Failure to adhere to these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Beecon Ownership: All software, interfaces, trademarks, logos, graphics, and proprietary technology associated with Beecon are the sole intellectual property of the Company.
Limited Licence: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the Beecon app for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
Service "As Is": Beecon is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beecon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your inability to access deals, server downtime, location signal inaccuracies, or disputes with participating merchants.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts or merchant access at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
Updates to Terms: We may update these Terms periodically to reflect platform updates, feature additions, or regulatory requirements. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
